This research article assesses the RICHER social pediatric model, a low-barrier, place-based primary care program serving children with complex health needs in a marginalized urban community. The study uses a retrospective chart review of 210 patients to characterize the population's demographics, social determinants of health, diagnoses, and referral patterns. This national survey examined why Canadian parents did or did not meet the 24-hour Movement Guidelines during the second wave of COVID-19, identifying individual, social, and environmental factors that shaped adherence to physical activity, sleep, and sedentary behaviour recommendations. Findings can inform public health interventions targeting movement health in parents of young children.
